A MENOG Meeting is non-commercial and relies on sponsors to assure its viability.
MENOG sponsors get to send up to five people to any of our regular two-day meetings. There is no charge for the tutorials or dinner (workshops are not included), but delegates are expected to cover their own travel and accommodation costs.
We currently offer the following exposure opportunities.
Diamond Sponsor
Pre/Post-Event Promotion:
- Our Diamond Sponsor name will be mentioned in domestic and international press releases online and in newspapers.
- Our Diamond Sponsor logo will be on the homepage of the event
website.
At the Event Promotion:
- Your banner displayed prominently in the meeting hall.
- Your demo or small stand at the coffee area.
- Your banner displayed prominently in the dining area.
- Your logo (extra large) displayed on the MENOG sponsors' banners throughout the meeting locations.
- Your logo (extra large) displayed on the MENOG welcome board by the registration desk.
- Your corporate logo will be printed on the delegate pack (large).
- Your corporate promotional material to be inserted in every event delegate pack (hard, up to 2xA4 sheets per pack and/or soft copy).
The investment for the above package is US$ 50,000. There will only
be one Diamond Sponsor.
Platinum Sponsor
Pre/Post-Event Promotion:
- Our Platinum Sponsor name will be mentioned in domestic and international
press releases online and in newspapers.
- Our Platinum Sponsor logo will be on the homepage of the event
website.
At the Event Promotion:
- Your banner displayed prominently in the meeting hall.
- Your banner displayed prominently in the dining area.
- Your logo (extra large) displayed on the MENOG sponsors' banners throughout the meeting locations.
- Your logo (extra large) displayed on the MENOG welcome board by the registration desk.
- Your corporate logo will be printed on the delegate pack (large).
- Your corporate promotional material to be inserted in every event
delegate pack (hard, up to 2xA4 sheets per pack and/or soft copy).
The investment for the above package is US$ 20,000. There will only
be one Platinum Sponsor.
Gold Sponsor

press releases online and in newspapers.
- Our Gold Sponsors' logos will be on the homepage of the event website.
At the Event Promotion:
- Your banner displayed prominently in the meeting hall.
- Your logo (large size) displayed on the MENOG sponsors' banners throughout the meeting locations.
- Your logo (large size) displayed on the MENOG welcome board by the registration desk.
- Your corporate logo will be printed on the delegate pack (small).
- Your corporate promotional material to be inserted in every event
delegate pack (hard, 2xA5 sheet per pack and/or soft copy).
The investment for the above package is US$ 10,000. There will be up
to three Gold Sponsors.
Silver Sponsor
Pre/Post-Event Promotion:
- Our Silver Sponsors' names will be mentioned in domestic and
international press releases online and in newspapers.
- Our Silver Sponsors' logos will be on the homepage of the event
website.
At the Event Promotion:
- Your banner displayed prominently in the break area.
- Your logo (medium size) displayed on the MENOG sponsors' banners throughout the meeting locations.
- Your logo (medium size) displayed on the MENOG welcome board by the registration desk.
- Your logo will be printed on the delegate pack (smallest).
The investment for the above package is US$ 5,000. There will be up
to four Silver Sponsors.
Bronze Sponsor
Pre/Post-Event Promotion:
- Our Bronze Sponsors' logos will be on the homepage of the event
website.
At the Event Promotion:
- Your organisation name mentioned in a PA announcement before and after the sponsored presentation.
- Your logo displayed on the MENOG sponsors' banners throughout the meeting locations.
- Your logo displayed on the MENOG welcome board by the registration
desk.
The investment for the above package is US$ 2,500. There will be up
to six Bronze Sponsors.
Social Dinner Sponsorship
As a Social Dinner Sponsor, you will enjoy the following benefits:
Pre/Post-Event Promotion:
- Our Social Dinner Sponsors' logos will be on the homepage of the
event website.
At the Event Promotion:
- Your logo displayed on the MENOG welcome board by the registration desk.
- Your logo will be featured prominently at the social dinner.
- You will be allowed a 15 mins product presentation prior to the dinner.
- You will be allowed to place your promotional pack on the dinner tables at the event
The investment for the above package is US$ 10,000 above and beyond the costs
of the Social Dinner which shall be paid by the sponsor.
Presentation Sponsorship
As Presentation Sponsor, you will enjoy the following benefits:
Pre/Post-Event Promotion:
- Our Presentation Sponsors' logo will be on the homepage of the event website.
At the Event Promotion:
- Your organisation's name mentioned in a PA announcement prior to and post the sponsored presentation.
- Your logo will be featured on the initial slide of the presentation.
The investment for the above package is US$ 800.
Lunch Sponsorship
As a Lunch Sponsor, you will enjoy the following benefits:
