Payments for MENOG 6 Workshops

We advise you to pre-register for the workshops. You can pay in advance by bank transfer or by credit card.

Bank Transfer: When you register for MENOG 6 Workshops, you will receive an invoice on which details of how to make your bank transfer are shown. Please make sure you send funds well in advance of the meeting and email proof of payment, if possible, to menog-sec@menog.net.

Credit Card: To pay by card, you need to download and complete our authentication form and return it to us by fax. Our fax number is : +31 20 5354447

Refunds

We will only give refunds if we receive a written (email) cancellation notice no later than five working days before the meeting starts. If you ask for a refund, we will charge you an administrative fee of US$ 30. If you cancel later than five working days before the meeting, you will not get back any money. If you do not show up and did not send a written or email cancellation notice, we will charge you and send an invoice.
