Visa Information
Do you need a visa to enter Dubai? It depends what country your passport is from:
Gulf European Council (GCC) passport holders do not require a visa to enter the United Arab Emirates and have no limit to how long they can stay.
GCC countries include:
- Saudi Arabia
- Oman
- Bahrain
- Qatar
- Kuwait
If you are a passport holder for one of the following countries, you do not need to apply for an entrance visa for the UAE in advance. You can obtain a visa upon arrival at the Dubai International airport.

IMPORTANT: Have you travelled to Israel?
You will not be allowed to enter Dubai if you have any type of visa or entrance stamp from Israel in your passport (including Israeli nationals).
If you would like to go to Dubai but you have some old stamp in your passport from a previous visit to Israel then you will need to contact your local passport office and get a new passport. You will then be allowed entrance to Dubai without any difficulties.
