Dr Toufic Chebaro
Director of Information Technology at OGERO

Dr Toufic Chebaro has been Teacher and Researcher in ENST Paris (1992 - 1996), Director of PSTN' Provisioning of Service Project (1996 - 1997) and Director of Strategic Planning at OGERO (1998 - 2001). He is now Director of Information Technology at OGERO. Dr Toufic Chebaro is pioneering work in the Design, Integration and Implementation of the Broadband Related Projects of OGERO of which he holds the responsibility. Dr CHEBARO has established from engineering and procedural points of view the Internet, Data and Carrier businesses of OGERO.

Also in Parallel, he has been Member of the Board of Directors of EDL from 2000-2002. Dr Toufic Chebaro is also Member of the Board of Directors of SODETEL since 2003 and IMEWE AR&RSC Chairman since 2008.

Toufic Chebaro is Doctor (1995) and Engineer (1991) from ECOLE NATIONALE SUPERIEURE des TELECOMMUNICATIONS Paris (ENST Paris). He is IEEE Senior Member, Author of many papers in IEEE Transactions on Communications and major IEEE Telecommunications Conferences (GLOBECOM, ICC, VTC).
