Henk Steenman
CTO at AMS-IX

Henk Steenman is CTO at AMS-IX (Amsterdam Internet Exchange) since november 2001. In this capacity he is responsible for the planning, design and operational management of the AMS-IX peering platform and all associated technical infrastructure. Before joining AMS-IX Henk worked for AT&T (initially AT&T Labs and later for AT&T Solutions).

During his time at AT&T Henk got involved in the establishment of the AMS-IX Association and was until early 2001 a member (later chair) of the board of directors.
